Optimus Developments Q4 Update

2021 continues to be a challenging year with some winners – if you make toilet paper, and a lot of people and industries facing hard times. I am hopeful that by the end of the year the vast majority of Australian’s will be fully vaccinated, and we can all go back to some form of familiarity.At Optimus, we have been actively completing and commencing new investments as per our project updates below.

K1 Residences
(High End Apartments)

Practical Completion and settlements occurred in September 2021. (Beveridge)

Our development with Lauders Group, Minton Place is coming to life with the Sparrowhawk release currently under construction. Streets have now been laid, the curbs and channels are in place, and homes being built.The current Harrier release is now available offering attractive house and land packages comprising of land lots ranging from 390m2 – 512m2. Minton Place continues to sell swiftly with steady price growth.

(Sunbury)

In the last week, Harpers Rise Sunbury was launched to our VIP clientele offering the first glimpse at the Overland Release. Builders were invited to access a selection of off-market land lots to clients who have been waiting for the perfect land parcel to become available.Harpers Rise comprises three neighbourhoods that are connected by open spaces, wetland trails and a future village. Donnybrook (Industrial Precinct)

Following the Shenstone Park Precinct Structure Plan hearing last year and subsequent report, we are hopeful for final approval by the planning minister of the finding of the report this year. In the meantime, we continue to further develop the industrial land at 910 Donnybrook with our Joint Venture partners.With Australia’s industrial sector posting its strongest ever quarter, with $6.3 billion of closed deals, outstripping the office and retail sectors. Having projects across a number of sectors in a diversified investment portfolio payoffs when other areas of the market are struggling and industrial is soaring.
