Minton Place offers the best of Beveridge; a neighbourhood positioned within walking distance to the town centre, schools, parks, the future train station and only 50 minutes to Melbourne CBD.

Beveridge has been for generations a place of family living, offering both the serenity of a green setting and easy access to the best of Melbourne’s north. Now, rising above this rapidly growing residential destination is Minton Place – a new neighbourhood with superb views, considered design and everything in place for a delightful future.

Development on both sides of the highway has consolidated Beveridge’s identity and is now viewed as a destination point for purchasers; Minton Place has earnt a premium tag being the most sought-after location in Beveridge. This is reflected in the strong purchaser demand and sale price achieved – despite many challenges associated with COVID lockdowns over the past few years.

The majority of lots have been sold in stage 2 (45 of 47 lots) and stage 3 (28 of 31 lots). Stage 2 reached practical completion (PC) in December 2022 with Statement of Compliance (SOC) February 2023. Stage 3 PC date is forecast for the end of February 23 and SOC in March 2023. Release of Stage 5B coming soon with 19 residential allotments to be launched in early March.
We are excited to report that the schematic concept design and application for Terraces in Stage 5C and the community park landscape design will be lodged with council in second QTR 2023.

Launch to Market

Lauders Group were delighted to launch Stage 1 Valley Views in the 4th QTR 2021.   Strong market demand resulted with most of the 55 lots being sold during the pre-release phase or quickly after going to market.  These exceptional sales rates were achieved in a virtual environment underpinned by our strong social marketing campaigns. Following this trend all 11 Stage 2 lots released were promptly sold.  We look forward to welcoming interested purchases to our new contemporary sales suite in the 2nd QTR 2022.

Development Update

Early design phase for Stage 1 has been completed and Detailed Design is near completion. There are some complexities with external infrastructure, and we are collaborating with authorities (Western Water and Hume City Council) to achieve resolution of these challenges.  Watsons Road / Buckland Way intersection design has been received by council and we are now responding to their Requests for Further Information.
