The development team has submitted a planning permit for a vertically integrated distribution centre focused on last mile logistics. The vision for the redevelopment is to add a further four stories, taking the net saleable area up to 50,0000m2. Once completed this state-of-the-art facility will provide much-needed distribution space for the local area.
