Construction at K1 Residences in Melbourne has commenced. CEO, Alex Windsor, attended the ground breaking ceremony this week with other project partners. Optimus is excited to reach this milestone and looks forward to working together with the team and delivering an outstanding project for its discerning purchasers.

We worked with Lauders and Placemaker Studio to host the Minton Place Community Day on the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better turnout.
